Queensland Government Creative Services Panel

If you're a Queensland Government agency with a creative brief, there's a good chance you can engage us directly without going through a full tender process.
We're appointed suppliers on the Queensland All-of-Government Creative Services Panel (GGS0120-25). That's the whole-of-government standing offer arrangement that covers creative services across Queensland state agencies, departments, and statutory bodies. Being on the panel means we've already been through the vetting process — governance, insurance, financial stability, delivery capability — so you don't have to put us through it again every time you have a project.
In practical terms, it means less paperwork between you and the work getting made.
What the Panel Covers
The panel covers the full range of creative services: photography, video production, animation, campaign development, behaviour change communications, design, and content strategy. If your brief sits somewhere in that space, we're likely a fit.
We've delivered under this arrangement for Queensland Government clients across education, health, environment, emergency management, transport, and community services. The work ranges from single-day shoots to multi-year content programs.
How It Works
Your procurement team will know the process, but in short: under a standing offer arrangement, you can approach panel suppliers directly and request a quote for your specific requirement. No open tender required. You assess value for money, issue an order, and we get started.
