Corporate Image Library
Photography
Built to last, not shot once and forgotten. Same-week turnaround when the brief demands it.
Most teams end up buying stock.
One shoot covers this year's campaign, then the well runs dry and someone reaches for a stock library that looks like every competitor's website. A proper image library is built once, shot to a consistent visual standard, and structured so different teams can keep using it without commissioning something new every quarter.
Some briefs also arrive with no runway at all. Adelaide Brighton called for annual report photography with the print deadline close behind it. Both situations need the same thing: a studio that can move fast without lowering the bar.
What we bring to it
We treat a library brief as a visual identity exercise, not a series of unrelated shoots. Lighting, framing and composition stay consistent across every session, whether it's one day or spread across years, so the final collection reads as one system rather than a pile of loose images.
We'll also tell you plainly when a brief needs speed over scope. Adelaide Brighton's annual report photography had none of the usual planning runway, and it still had to land.

Same-week annual report photography for Adelaide Brighton when the usual planning runway wasn't there. Large-scale campaign photography for CareFlight, used across websites, outdoor advertising and annual reporting.
Questions people ask before they call
What's the difference between a photo shoot and an image library?
A shoot delivers a set of images for one use. A library is built to a brief, shot with consistent lighting and framing, and structured so your comms, HR, marketing and brand teams can keep drawing on it for years without commissioning something new every time.
Can you turn a shoot around on short notice?
Yes. Adelaide Brighton called with annual report photography still needed and the print deadline close behind it. We locked in locations and subjects fast and delivered on a timeline most suppliers would have turned down.
How large can an image library be?
As large as the brief needs. The Global Corporate Challenge library covered workplace wellness participation across different industries, ages and fitness levels for one of the world's largest workplace wellness programs. The UQ Business School library was built to work across print, digital, recruitment and stakeholder communications at once.
Do you photograph real staff and participants, or use models?
Real people, wherever the brief allows it. The Global Corporate Challenge library used real participants moving naturally rather than staged fitness imagery, and the UQ Business School library used real students, staff and campus environments rather than posed setups.
Who owns the images once the library is delivered?
The brief and the agreement set the terms, and we're upfront about them before the shoot rather than after. Ask directly and we'll tell you exactly what you're getting.
